Insurance - Two options:
Option 1.
Your goods are automatically covered by our insurance against total loss in transit from the moment we pick them.
This is a standard option – no action is required on your part.
Option 2.
Comprehensive all risks cover against loss or damage to your items in transit: this second option is available only for items professionally packed and verified by us against a full inventory [and accompanying receipts] provided by you.
Should you require option 2, we will send a separate insurance proposal form to for you to complete. We will then submit it to our insurers for approval and inform you of the cost. |
