Delivery
● We will have agreed on a delivery time convenient to you.
Our quote normally refers to normal working hours, but let us know your requirements [and any later change of schedule] and we will work out a time of delivery that suits you.
● We will unload your items and place them in the rooms specified on each box label. We generally need one or two hours for this.
If you want us to unpack, range, assemble and clean after unpacking, please get a quote for Unpacking.
● We need a contact telephone number in all cases : there might be a traffic delay, or difficulties finding the house.
● Please let us know in advance about :
▪ access roads
▪ parking issues
▪ dimensions of the ways we are to use: entrance gate or security gate, doors, staircases, lift.
We certainly do not want the extra costs and increased risks of an aborted delivery - and neither do you: beyond the disruption of your plans, there might be a surcharge.
